Why? We recognize the need to empower young female researchers and equip them with the set of skills that will help them to further develop and communicate their business ideas/projects. We aim to upgrade their excellence in the research and innovation with the business mindset – in their new role as entrepreneurs in sustainable and circular innovation.

How and what? The coaching session/workshop will help 3-4 young female researchers and fresh entrepreneurs to improve their communication, public presentation, pitching skills and self-confidence. Workshop will be open for limited number of people who can also participate in the breakout working groups to work with the young entrepreneurs on their pitches.

Pre-workshop phase

 The coach will provide a tutorial how to make a presentation to the invited young female entrepreneurs, who then share their presentations with the coach prior the event. 1 positon is open to apply! We are inviting young female with a scientific background and a start-up or start-up idea.

Parallel sessions 16.10 – 17.10

Break out into working groups

 Break out into 3-4 working groups – the workshop participants are welcomed to join one of the groups and work together on the presentations/pitches (max 4 per team)

 Working groups are improving the pitch based on the feedback from the coach and her suggestions
